If you reached the appropriate fundraising milestone within the timeframe for the incentive, you should have received an email with instructions on how to redeem. If you didn't, check your spam folder. If you have a .edu email address registered to your DonorDrive account, the email was more than likely blocked by the institution's server. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the email used for your DonorDrive account and the incentive you are inquiring about.
